On July 8th we lost our twin baby girls due to Twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (t.t.t.s), we are trying raise money for there cremation.
The girls mother Alexa went into labor on July 5th and went to elk city ‌hospital she was then air lifted to Oklahoma City hospital where they stopped her contractions and did an ultrasound to see what was going on that's when they found they had ttts they then had her go home to get things and drive to Huston tx. She could make it on a 10 hour drive so her and her mother Stacy drove back to Oklahoma City and flew to Huston, they checked her into children's momorial Hermann hospital. They then told her they would do a surgery to separate the blood vessels in the placenta that were connected to both babies. So they scheduled the surgery for that day at 2:00pm, she went into surgery and when they gave Alexa the anesthesia baby A (Nevaeh Renee) heart stopped beating, they then cut the umbilical cord so baby B ( Novahlynn Rose ) would not get any of baby A's blood. They got done and we thought everything would be ok..
But it wasn't Alexa went back to her room after recovering and her water broke and the first baby came out so fast they could do anything to stop it, Nevaeh Renee was then born she weighed only 0.38 lbs a few minutes later Novalyn Rose was born only 0.83 lbs. Alexa and Joey are very devastated and don't understand why this had to happen but God has a plan for us all and none of us really understand why but we have to stay strong.
