Help my parents move to Richmond!

Mom and dad have been having a tough time for many years while dad has struggled with health issues. As some of you know, they live on the eastern shore of Maryland. It is beautiful but very rural. We have an 8,000 square foot building that was used for the manufacturing of sanitation chemicals. The building has an apartment upstairs which is where we lived all my life and where my parents still reside. We had a viable company for many years! It was fun to grow up this way.
Unfortunately, Dad began to suffer with health issues about 15 years ago, our company slowly fizzled out over the years. The business closed, yet we continued to live in the apt in this large building. Needless to say, the property has started to deteriorate over time and it's very expensive to maintain and also, impossible to afford to heat the building. Without having the proper income from a busy company, the expense of living in the space has become overwhelming to say the least.
Dad has had both legs amputated below the knee since June of this past year. We moved dad to Richmond, Va to be closer to his grandbabies, and closer to really amazing doctors that are helping him rehab and get used to his new physical condition.
Unfortunately, my sweet mama is stuck in Maryland until we can sell their building and buy them a more manageable home here in Richmond.
This is where our friends and family come in! We are in need of help to afford preparing the building for sale. They still have chemicals, and equipment and many other business supplies etc, that require hiring people to help mom move.
Mom has been trying to do it on her own, and it's just too much for one person to take care of by herself.
Our goal is to clean up the warehouse, repair a leaking roof, clear out the over grown property, and whatever else pops up that needs to be done before they can put it on the market.
We are desperate to move her to Richmond as soon as we can! My father needs the love of his life, my mom, and her grand babies need her here too! We have too much living to do to have her be stuck so far away, and in such an uncomfortable situation. Thank you for considering pitching in for our need. We can't wait to have everyone over for a house warming party when they are settled in Richmond once and for all!
