Donate for Nate

About a year ago, Nathan Ljungberg was checked in the hip during a lacrosse game. After experiencing severe pain for an extended duration,  the doctors advised that he consult a chiropractor. That did not help, and therefore we sought out a physical therapist. About a year later, his condition continued to worsen, which is when my family and doctors decided he needed an MRI. Unfortunately, the MRI revealed a large tumor growing through the left side of his hip which had started to spread into nearby bones. After visiting Oncologists in Cleveland and Buffalo, we found out that he has Ewing's Sarcoma, an extremely rare type of cancer that is not genetic and mostly affects teens and young adults. We would like to raise money to help cover his medical expenses, as we know they will be ample and want to focus on getting Nathan the best treatment we can.  Due to the nature of this disease, Nathan may need care that is above the clinical trial regimen he is on.  He may also use some of the funds to help him be more comfortable through this time.  We appreciate everything and no donation will go unnoticed. Our Mom Tess Savini has been added as a beneficiary for Nathan.  She opened an account for Nate where all the donations will go.  Any money spent will be at Nathan's discretion and  final approval.
