Self-Starting Coder Needs Your Help

Hello, my name is Andrew and I'm asking you to help me out financially so I can purchase a laptop to continue my studies as a Web Developer.
I am from Venezuela and due to the horrific situation in my country I was forced to flee to another. Currently, I'm living in Canada and am waiting for my refugee application to get processed. Unfortunately, these applications tend to take a lot of time, in some stances up to three years meaning that during that time I'm not allowed to work or study. If I'm caught working here without the work permit I will get deported, the government would see this act as fraudulent activity. I'm living off a tiny welfare without being able to do much with my life until I get my papers.
However, I can't wait to start my new life and pursue a new career path. I'm a very self-driven person and even though I can't study full-time I've been taking courses online. I'm currently enrolled in Computer Science CS50 course from Harvard that was made available to the public through the EdX campaign. I've taken programming courses (Front End Web Development(languages: HTML 5, CSS3, Javascript ES6), Web Design, React) from Team TreeHouse and freeCodeCamp. Unfortunately, my 8-year-old MacBook Pro got broken beyond repair. I know that it's much to ask, but given my circumstances, I can't afford to buy a new one. I'm trying to incorporate my knowledge of Graphic Design to Web Development hence the price of the laptop. I need a computer that is technologically capable of running all the platforms and heavy software at once.
