Help Levi Fight Leukemia
Our sweet, joyful, and brave Levi has just been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) at only 5 years old. This devastating news has shattered a family that has already been through more than anyone should ever face. Just one year ago, their oldest daughter fought through brain surgery for a tumor. The family had barely begun to financially, spiritually, and emotionally recover from that battle when Levi’s diagnosis hit like a second wave—leaving them completely worn down.
Levi’s AML carries a KMT2A::MLLT10 mutation, an extremely rare and aggressive form of leukemia that makes up only 0.3% of all cases. With this mutation, Levi’s survival rate is around 30%. His best hope at a cure is a bone marrow transplant, which will require months of grueling chemotherapy, hospital stays, and specialized care.
To give Levi the best possible chance, the family had just 48 hours’ notice to pack up and travel across the country with their four young children. Levi’s dad—the family’s sole provider—has had to step away from work entirely to be by his son’s side. Meanwhile, they are struggling to cover bills, maintain their home, care for their animals, and meet the needs of their other children—all while emotionally and spiritually exhausted.
How You Can Help:
Your support can directly help this family with:
• Lost income while Levi’s parents stay at his side
• Bills and the cost of maintaining their home and animals back in Idaho
• Childcare and essentials for Levi’s siblings
• Everyday needs after leaving home with barely anything
Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Your generosity allows Levi’s parents to focus on the fight that matters most: saving their little boy’s life.
Venmo donations are also welcome: @TheHilliuses
Even if you cannot give, sharing Levi’s story helps more than you know. This family has been tested in ways no one should ever endure—but their love, faith, and strength continue to shine. Standing with Levi now could literally save his life.
