URGENT HELP NEEDED
Watson came to us yesterday as a happy, waggy tailed puppy. Today he’s flat, lethargic and very unwell.
He came to us from a council pound, as an injured stray at risk of PTS due to an injury to his leg and his 7 days were also up.
He arrived yesterday after a long journey of 3 and a half hours and seemed like a normal puppy - bright and playful. This morning his foster said he had been vomiting non stop, had diarrhoea and was lethargic. He was taken to the vets and admitted.
Watson has today been on intravenous fluids, anti sickness injections and started on other IV medications. He has had blood work done which shows he likely has an infection or illness that’s destroying his immune system. He has now been moved to the 24hour hospital for intensive care overnight tonight
We weren’t expecting this at all today, and we have £0 in the bank to pay his vet bills so we need to raise this over the weekend to pay it off Once again we need our followers, new and old to please help spare anything you can. A pound or two adds up and all goes towards this poor boys bills and care. His treatment could go into the thousands depending on how he responds to treatment.
Please donate where you can, thank you all so much
