I am suffering from the effects of TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), as well as  PTSD, which do not allow me to work. I am in therapy but I don't live close to where my therapy is. I have applied for disability but I haven't heard anything back for some time. I will not have any way to get to my therapy soon, and definitely could use the help. I am not one to ask, but the therapy is the only thing that helps, and I have had to miss several sessions because of the distance to the therapy. Without the therapy, I get immensely depressed. My therapist suggested I try to find a way to get back to Sioux Falls so i can go to sessions on a regular basis, because they are considered "crisis based" (her words) I will try to update as things progress.
