Rhythm & Remedy – Where Hip Hop Helps Presents:

The Drive Across America School Tour

Rhythm and Remedy founders, Rosalind “Pozzie” Lott and Lawndon “Nc” Grant are both Music Artists, Actors, Educators and Humanitarians from Los Angeles, CA. Pozzie like "Positive" and Nc have returned back into the United States of America after a successful trip to West Africa where they spent a year and 8 months in Dakar, Senegal on philanthropic work utilizing their voices as music artists to cultivate change launching Youth Empowerment campaigns and their very 1st Music, Art and Education Institute, The HeartBeat Project. After a groundbreaking School Launch where Hit celebrities like AKON and the community eagerly got involved, they are currently Back in The USA to begin The Drive Across America Tour.

After receiving a Special Invite to The White House as Global Leaders, Rhythm & Remedy spoke on their work from the US to Africa and back, highlighting the drastic budget cuts local schools have been experiencing for Music & Art Programs around the world and surprisingly throughout America. The need for extra-curricular activities inside schools is imperative and is noted to be one of the most effective ways for young children to excel in all of their studies and seek higher education.

So we'll be Driving Across America, stopping directly into schools, surrounding youth organizations and inner city communities engaging with the youth to see what City and State has been effected the most by the lack of creative based educational programs and by school budget cuts for Music & Art departments.  We’ll chose the Top 3 Places to where we will launch our next American Music, Art & Education institute. We are encouraging those who can to contribute and help us make this a successful campaign creating better learning and working opportunities for the youth and Artistic Instructors Across the Country who have lost their jobs due to school budget cuts. This is only the beginning. We look forward to the expansion of our Music, Art & Education programs throughout the USA. Your kind donations will go to the neccesary classroom materials, computers, art/music /educational supplies, cutting edge technology and the building equipment needed to teach students effectively. We are forever thankful for all contributions because without You there is no US.
