As you all know, Katie, Jack and Gunnar lost their beloved Samuel Morgan last week. Many of you have reached out asking how you can help and if there's anything you can do for them. As you can imagine, there's very little that can be done to bring comfort at this difficult time.
Over the past few years, the Christenson's have made Ocean City, Maryland their annual family vacation. It has become clear that this is their "happy" place and is like their home away from home.
They have expressed their desire to escape again, and experience some valuable family time. As you can imagine, funds are quite tight at this time, having incurred unexpected costs for funeral arrangements.
Our wish is to allow them to experience their annual family vacation in hopes that it will aide in the beginning stages of their healing process.
Any donation, whether large or small, will help us reach this goal. Please help us honor the memory of Samuel Morgan and help bring some peace to the hearts of Katie, Jack, and Gunnar.
PLEASE NOTE: This is meant to be private and kept a secret from Katie and Jack until decided to present the final sum. For those of you who know Katie well - she would NOT be happy we are doing this : )
As we would like to give them ample time to arrange travel plans, we feel it would be best to gather all donations by July 31.
