Need HIP surgery urgently!     In Feb 2018, I fell in a wet puddle on the floor. I immediately had an X-ray but the doc said nothing was broken so I just took a few days off. As I continued with my daily life, my injury became worse.  The pain started to be too much so I went to orthopedic doc.     However my insurance company forced me to get 3 cortisone shots before they would give me an MRI, probably hoping I'd have to meet my deductible again!    Finally in DECEMBER 2018 I got the MRI, met with a surgeon & was told I have  an acetabular labral tear of the left  groin, plus my femur is grinding on my lower pelvis bone causing me excruciating pain when I walk. I knew I was moving back to California & my house was already for sale so I couldn't have surgery in NC knowing I could be in escrow before I'd have time to recover from surgery. So I am in California now, & I have an MRI scheduled for NOVEMBER 15th, I should...be able to speak to new surgeon & get a surgery date, (fingers crossed).What I need, I need at least $5,000-$6,000 a month  just so I wont lose the condo I just worked so hard to purchase.My mortgage alone is around $2,800, internet $60, car payment $203,car insurance $80, phone $60, Water & Power (varies), Food ( I have 2 growing boys! (varies), Gas in car (varies),  Pharmacy for medications (varies) & my boys are growing fast so they need clothes, shoes, school breakfast & lunches, & school supplies etc.       *Trying to do creative financing like I owe $8,000 on my car so if I pay it off asap I will save $1,500 in interest plus not have to pay for full coverage insurance (I wont be driving anyway!) for awhile. I will create an amazon wish list so you can see other specific needs.The funds are needed right away bc I have not worked since September 26th, 2019. I walk on crutches or a cane every single day. I have no job, & should be off my feet until surgery but I cant be bc I'm fighting everyday to get things finalized before I am completely unable to walk for awhile.I don't expect anything however with the out pour of kindness I have received & with everyone saying, Start a GoFundMe so we can help you!!!! Here it is.Medical Notes:  the labrum is actually the fibro cartilage rim that gives the hip joint its mobility & my femur created a compression into my hip bone, my femur also shoved 2 inches of labral cartilage OFF my pelvis/ hip bone, & my femur is now sitting so low at the bottom that it clicks &  grinds on my pelvis/ hip bone. The last surgeon wanted to sew the labrum cartilage back onto my bone & shave part of my hip bone down so it will stop grinding & pinching nerves.If I have ever helped you in any way, please consider helping me.GOD is good everyday, praise HIM!Love Gina-Raye
