On May 4th, 2021 My brother Kennedy Ogbonna was taken from us too soon. My brother would’ve been 30yrs in October 2021. There is nothing in this life that will prepare you for the loss of such a special human being. As many of you know my brother, Kennedy was an amazing son, protective older brother to his three siblings, a loyal friend, a deeply respected person in his community and someone who brought motivation to everyone he came in contact with. When you think of Kennedy, you think of a leader, someone you could always count on to be there for support, giving and never asking for anything in return, he was what it means to be solid and forever stay that way. Kennedy was larger than life, someone who lived each day with purpose and meaning allowing him to succeed in all that he did. Our beloved Kennedy had a drive like no other, always keeping his head up and looking forward to the next challenge to conquer, and he always did just that. Whether it was all of the years he spent passionately as a warrior on the field dominating in football or a determined student in the classroom getting his degree from the University of Delaware, a criminal justice major. Kennedy embodied Greatness. We have suffered the loss of a Soul unlike any other we have ever known. To everyone who knew my brother Kennedy, it was an honor to experience his love it was a gift, and to be in his presence will be something that we will always miss. Please help me and my family lay my brother Kennedy to Rest in Peace, the Pilar that holds my family, the way that he will so deserves. You will always remain in our prayers and in our heart. My brother, My twin, my protector ❤️
