Jordan Rhodes is a 5 year old in desperate need of a kidney transplant. He was born 13 weeks early on January 7, 2011 at 2 lbs 6 oz, and without a functioning kidney. He suffers from multi-cystic dysplasia and hypoplastic kidney, and has been on dialysis since 10 months old. He received a transplant earlier this year, but unfortunily his body rejected the implant after a few months and has since been removed. The funds donated to his family would offset the cost they incur when they have a Living Donor become a match for Jordan, as it is up to the family to provide travel and lodging to the donating person.
