My name is Lauren, and I set up this Go-Fund Me site to raise money so I can go on a trip to Washington DC in August. There, I will be attending the Junior National Young Leader’s Conference, and learning how to use my leadership skills in everyday life. I get to go to Harper's Ferry and learn about the leadership choices of John Brown, have a sleepover and participate in a leadership activity at the Maryland Science Center, and learn from Anthony Robles, a Hall of Fame wrestler who overcame the adversity of having only one leg. Ihave been working very hard to earn some money for the trip, as the total conference cost is $2000, plus travel (we're driving!) and clothing (we are required to wear a uniform) expenses. I have babysat and cleaned for people, and I have also sold World’s Finest Chocolate. So far I have earned about  $500. Still, I would really appreciate your support and donations to be able to go in August. I will keep working (let me know if you need help!), but I need every cent I can get.
