Tanners Father's Will, Legal Fund

My name is Mike,  I am needing to raise  money for my friend Tanner Chase to hire a lawyer to represent him in a matter involving the death of his father.  He passed away in February, it was unexpected.  Since then he incurred several thousands in expenses.  He needs to get legal help to deal with his aunt who is the executor of the will.  She has made it  very difficult for him to get his belongings.  He did not receive any money from his father, just things from his house.  He has made two trips to Arizona, to retrieve property, the second time, many things had disappeared and the only answer he got from his aunt was "I don't know where it is" and "we didn't think you were coming back".  They wouldn't let him come back. The attorney that was his fathers, now represents the aunt, and will not speak with him, without representation.  
The lawyers in AZ. want $850 just to read the will, then bill at $300-400 an hour, he is not trying to contest the will or be greedy, but only to get what was left to him, things they stole, and compensated for the expense of the trip,  It was $500, just to rent the truck, and about $500 for the gas.  I just know they have treated him very badly,  They hired a security guard to be there on the second visit.  That's not how family is supposed to treat other family members.  He is a really nice guy and I really don't know why they felt they needed a security guard.  Then while he was there, they talked badly about him and his uncle said terrible things about his dad every time he was in ear shot.  I know he needs money asap.  He had to pawn his dads clock to get enough money to pay for the trip, and is struggling to get caught up,  I think he only has 30 more days to be able to file and get the ball rolling.  He also needs the car that they are withholding for "estate business".   But he needs a Lawyer.
He is a great guy and I feel really bad that he has to go through this, and be treated this way by the only family he has left.  I know it will mean a lot if he can get what he is owed, and be able to take his fathers ashes to be spread with his Gradma and Grandpas on the Klammath river where they lived.  His uncle thought that was too much trouble.
