Heather Stamper/O'Neal Funeral Fund

My name is Natalie, a life long resident of Delaware City as well as friend to the O'Neal & Stamper families.  Their family has been devastated by the sudden death of their 31 year old daughter Heather Stamper. She was a young mother trying to make her way & raise her son the best she could. Due to this horrific tragedy and unexpected loss of life there will be financial hardships in regards to funeral & burial costs, as well as the many expenses that come with raising a now motherless young boy! This family was already trying to get their lives back in order due to a fire that almost burned their home beyond repair. They are now again facing additional financial hardship of putting to rest their beloved daughter. This Family needs as much help, support and love that we ALL can afford them, so please if you can find it in your heart to make any kind of donation, no matter how small would be greatly appreciated!  I hope the funds come rolling in immediately, we all know from experiences how fast things begin to move, especially when you are also dealing with the emotional distress and grieving associated with such a tragic loss of a young life.  This entire town is in shock. They feel the loss deeply and they yearn to help in some way. We know she will never be forgotten, and we hope & pray that we can help raise some money to help ease the financial burden.
