We are raising money for the DC firefighter, Norman Brooks' legal fees. He has been placed on administrative leave pending investigation for expressing his personal  views on the Baton Rouge killing of Alton Sterling.  The media is trying to portray him in a negative light.  He's a loving father, son, and mentor who's served and protected citizens of Washington DC area for over 9 years.
Even if you don't agree with his choice of words, understand that he is an African-American man who had a emotional response triggered by seeing yet another victim of police brutality in his social me so timeline. Who are we to punish an individual for having a visceral response for such a horrific event? Norman has clarified his statements and apologized for any misunderstanding this may have caused and deserves our support.
