I'm 56 years old my name is Ralph I have high blood massive stroke which led to a bleed in my brain which has left me unable to speak or walk I have control over the left side of my body but cannot use my right arm or leg. Had Medicaid which I applied for last year but my redetermination to get coverage has not passed and I am without health insurance currently so the rehab facility at Torrey Pines Rehabilitation Hospital has to keep me by law but I can not get physical therapy which will help me gain the functionality of my limbs back or speech therapy I find myself alert and oriented but trapped in my own mind without the ability to communicate and take care of myself which is stressful to say the least I struggle with depression because I won't from a fully functional independent man to being bedridden and at the mercy of others any donations would be greatly appreciated end if you would like I can give you updates on the care and receiving and my health
