We are setting this fund up for the family to put towards funeral arrangements and to plan a celebration of life for Terry Rutledge. We welcome family & friends to Oakey’s Vinton Chapel on May 22nd from 12:00-2:00 pm followed by a celebration of life starting at 4:00 at Parkway Brewery in Salem, Va.
