Help improve living situation!

Hello everyone!
My father has always been someone to do any and everything he could to help someone; going as far back as a basic open door policy to mine and my brothers friends when we were younger, to just giving any and everything he could to people in need. Now, he’s in a time of need. For years and years he worked to be able to provide for my family, and recently he’s ran into health issues (diabetes, congestive heart failure, and vascular diseases) that have caused him to not only lose half of his left foot, but also his right leg. His living situation isn’t suited for someone in a wheelchair. He needs a new wheelchair, accessibility upgrades to his home, among other things to be able to improve his living situation. He also has been in and out of the hospital with no insurance, meaning bills have been racking up. I know times are rough right now, but anything you could share would be a massive help, but if you can’t share anything, if you could please share this post and help spread this message to help us out as best as we can it would be massively appreciated!!!
