Hi, I’m Jerrica and I’m asking for your help. I need a service dog to help me be more independent. A service dog is very expensive so for my birthday (on May 30th) I’m asking that instead of presents, donate to my fundraiser to help me get my service dog. Thanks and have a great day!
Jerrica is almost 13 years old and has Congenital Myasthenic Syndrome. She uses a wheelchair, she has a tracheostomy and a ventilator as well as a feeding tube for meds and nutrition. Jerricas muscles are weak due to her CMS and a service dog would be able to perform many tasks that would help her be more independent.
