This past weekend my dear friends Gabriela Sweningsen and Jesus Cortez (Stay True) lost their dear mother. They are in need of funds to help pay for the funeral costs. I know money is always tight. But any little contribution helps. If you have ever appreciated Stay True's poems or if you know the family. Please give a little something.
Gabriela's note from Facebook:
I lost my Mother Sunday night, and I say lost because that's how I feel, like a lost child, like I am dying inside, like my heart is breaking in a thousands pieces, my Mama was always the strong one, she raised 9 kids, and many grandchildren, her heart was so full of love that she couldn't contain it, she loved every single one of her grandkids in a special way, and they felt it, the day my first one was born she was there for me to push me and have courage when I run out of it, when he was born she came to my bedside to kiss me and said " now you are going to understand how much I love you" , she has touched so many lives, because she was giving, loving and understanding, the world has lost a beautiful soul, until we find each other Mama, help me find your strength, Te Amo Teresita por siempre
