Help support the Walsh’s

Hi everyone, I am trying to help out some really important people in my life. My Sister Sherri Walsh and my Brother-in-law Brian Walsh. Our family is doing everything we can to help, but realize that we may need the help of others as this situation is not short term. If you know any of us well, we do not like asking for help. Not even in our most desperate times. So this is not easy. Here’s the story....As most of you know by now, Brian had an accident in his work vehicle on Monday, April 19th. He lost his peripheral vision while driving and wrecked. After being transported to the hospital the Doctors found that he had a stroke. A day later after doing an MRI, they also found that he had a blood clot in his brain. He was then life flighted to Jefferson Hospital in Philly where he stayed for treatment for a few days. Brian was sent home on Friday April 23rd. Sunday morning, my sister had to call an ambulance because Brian had a seizure. He was transported to KGH in Dover where he only stayed the day for tests and monitoring and was sent home with medication. He is currently home where my sister is caring for him the best she can and hoping that he will respond to the medication for the blood clot. He has been disoriented and at times has some confusion. Brian’s Doctors are saying that there is a chance he may never fully regain his vision (of course, we believe in miracles) which leaves him unable to do a lot of things that he truly enjoyed. Given his current diagnosis he is unable to drive and work. My sister and Brian are very stressed. While dealing with Brian’s condition that was unexpected, they now have a lot of unanswered questions and worry. Brian is out of work, my sister is unsure when she is able to go back, and when she does he may need a caretaker, and there’s medical bills, a mortgage, car payments and utility bills, that do not stop. I don’t want them to have the burden of bills and worrying about where their next meal is coming from. So, if you are able to help in ANY way...it will be appreciated. No donation is too small! Every little bit helps! If you would prefer to help in another way (gift card etc.) please reach out to me on FB. If you are unable to donate, we will appreciate the thought and a share on FB just the same! We will forever be grateful for each and every gift and the continued prayers, and our family will always pay it forward!

Thank You and love to all,
Angelque (Sherri’s sister)
