Help Bertha Rebuild The Cafe!!!

My name is Bertha Daniel. My husband James and I owned and ran Bertha's Cafe in Maydelle, TX for about 13 years before it burned on October 2, 2014.

We made many friends over the years and thoroughly enjoyed serving the people. We had guests who would stop by after riding the Texas State Railroad, people visiting from out of town, the hunters that came through during hunting season and locals from the community who just came in to socialize and fellowship and we really enjoyed everyone that stopped by.

About 2013 my son passed away, then a year later my husband passed away and during this time I had been dealing with some health problems. About three months after my husband passed away the cafe burned. Since that time I have kind of gotten back up and would like to rebuild the cafe as this is something that the community wants and needs. I would love to get back into it, but I am short of funds and need your help to complete the cafe. We are shooting towards October 1, 2016 to have it completed. Any donations that you could help us with in order to rebuild the cafe would be greatly appreciated. All money raised will go into rebuilding the cafe.
