Dear friends,

After over a year of distressing health news that has take its toll physically and mentally on both Jamie and Heather, the news is now much worse. Jamie needs an O+ liver transplant to survive. She is now on the transplant list, but that's just the beginning. Both are out of work now as Jamie's care dictates.

Thank you so much for your prayers and support for Jamie and Heather while they are going through this difficult time. To extend our love and offer our support, we are setting up this fund to offer direct aid to Heather to use as she deems fit for medical bills, supplies and to keep the home fires burning. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Jamie has always been there for us in whatever way we needed, whether that was for a laugh, for a shoulder to cry on, to gently pull us out of a closet, or to join us as we proclaimed our pride from the front of the parade. It's time we have back our support in whatever way we each can.
