This page is for Jason Andrew, a loveable, kind caring 43 year old who lives in Indiana and I am a friend setting this up, Jason suffered a tragic,tragic accident Sunday Evening July 3rd
Jason had previously gotten in a horrible motorcycle accident and had major surgery which left him unable to work he was recently finally on his feet and this happened
He flew from Indiana to CA to visit Ashley his girlfriend , The day he arrived they went to the beach, had a wonderful time and arrived back at her home after watching the sunset on the beach, he was going to bed at night slipped and all 6'7" of him fell backwards down a flight of stairs landing on his head. He was unable to break his fall with his arms as he was backwards when he fell.
Ashley kept him alive with CPR until the paramedics arrived, he fractured his skull and went through five hours of brain surgery which also involved removing part of his skull to help with swelling, it appears he suffered traumatic brain injury, the extent of which is not known as he is still in a medically induced coma and a full ventilator. Thankfully, he is not paralyzed and has full movement. He is a long way from home without any family close, and this is going to be a long road to recovery for him.
Ashley is doing all she can, but is a single mother and is self-employed; she can't be with him 24/7 or financially help. He needs to pay medical bills and to get home.
This beautiful kind soul, who is a good friend to everyone, needs help in this time of need. Prayers are going up for a complete miraculous recovery so he can not only provide for himself, but be with his Bulldogs, hunt, skydive, go to concerts and have a beautiful life
All funds will be solely for his care and helping him
This is such a horrible tragic accident, in a flash of a pmoment life changes. Every little bit helps! When he awakens from the induced coma we will have him utilize the funds himself , 100 percent of all the donations will go directly to him and he and he alone will be the one withdrawing the funds.
