Alanis Family

Please Donate to this precious family!!! They have endured such tragedy over the last 2 years and yesterday was no different. 

On April 21,2021 the Alanis Family lost a father, son, brother, husband and friend, Artemio Alanis. 

As I write this I am in still in disbelief. This family has always been some of the sweetest people I have ever met! They would give the shirt off their back to anyone! Art or Temo and his wife Olympia have been residents of Clute for as long as I can remember and are part of the village that helped raise many baseball players throughout the years. 

Over the last few weeks their lives have been turned upside down. Art and Oly were hospitalized with COVID and have spent several weeks fighting to overcome this horrible virus. Unfortunately, today Art lost his battle, while Oly remains hospitalized and continues to fight. Along with the loss of Art came the untimely passing of Oly’s mother on her 92nd Birthday. One loss is hard enough but two is just not fair. This family is broken and grieving the loss of two family members. They are also keeping faith that Olympia will be healed and home soon. She has a tough fight ahead so please continue to pray for her healing. 

This account was setup in hopes of alleviating some of the financial burden and to allow the family to focus on each other.  If you are able and feel it in your heart please donate to this precious family during this difficult time.
