Sam was admitted to the hospital with a brain aneurysm. He was taken to the emergency room from work, and it was quickly found that he needed emergency brain surgery. Following this he will be in the ICU for at least 3 weeks.
Sam has the biggest heart, he looks out for everyone, and always brings a smile to your face. He lives in GA with his wife and son, and we would all be so grateful for anything you can do to help them get through this.
He always played football as #55 and it’s his lucky number!
