On Monday 4/25 I headed to work and several hours later I got the worst call a parent can imagine.
My neighbor said the house was on fire! I left my young smart and resourceful girls at home to cook dinner and do homework. I ran out of work in a panic, I flew home to find out they were all safe and OK but we had lost EVERYTHING.
I do not have any type of insurance for the damaged items. I am in need of any assistance that anyone can give. This can be money to get us back on our feet or anything that you have in your home that can go to those who needs it more.
This includes but is not limited to:
Household items, toiletries, cleaning supplies, clothing for myself (sz 4-6/Small shoe:5), my girls(medium/8-10 shoe:2, large/12-14 shoe:9) and their father(34W/Medium shoe:13) toys and books for my girls, gift cards, bedding, and any household items including furniture and appliances. Donataions can be earmarked to be used to sponsor outings; this will help keep some type of normalcy in my daughters' lives as we go through this tough process.
I know that I am not given anything that I cannot handle but I am in need of support from friends, family and stangers. Thank you in advance for seeing how much good you will do in our lives by helping us at our time of greatest need.
