Jerome Lacey is a fighter. As a dedicated father, loyal husband, and active community member, he has challenged adversity and dedicated much of his life to uplifting and mentoring youth through sports. Jerome overcame an impoverished childhood to become the first person in his family to earn a college degree. As an adult, his magnetic personality and love for playing and coaching sports has allowed him to meet, teach, and encourage people from all walks of life. To know Jerome truly is to love him.

Over the past few years Jerome has endured multiple health challenges, from strokes to diabetes complications. In June, he broke his foot and began having additional complications with his diabetes.

We are encouraged that Jerome's health will be restored, but recognize that additional financial support is necessary to cover the medical expenses of surgery and rehabilitative care over the next few months.

Together his family and friends humbly ask for your support with some of the many medical expenses that Jerome will be faced with.
