Chad Highstrom, Kidney, liver trans

I'm reaching out to all and to all who haven't heard,Chad Highstrom has had a rough 3 years. He started out battling heart failure,only to find out his real battle was kidney failure. He has been lucky in the way that his heart has gotten stronger with stent's. But on the other hand his kidneys have failed completely. He is now on dialysis and has been for 3 years. And in the last 3 weeks has found out he has liver cancer. That was a big blow to him. But the Drs at Avera hospital have given him hope. They are sending him to The University of Nebraska hospital and will be evaluating him for a double transplant. We are reaching out for help to fund our expenses for the evaluation which is coming up quickly,the middle of May. He must stay in a motel for a week and travel to and from the hospital. He also must have a caregiver with him at all times. Which is myself Dawn Johnson and I am also his fiance. After his evaluation will come the transplant,which we hope follows shortly after. Even though we have reached out to all the available foundations we are still needing your help..He wants to live more than ever,since he is a new grandpa. When it is time for the transplant we must live in Nebraska for 2 months for his recovery. So I ask you to please help us raise the funds for Chad. Any little bit will help,even your prayers..I truly want to become his wife and live another 40 years with him,please help our dreams come true.
