We are organizing this Gofundme for Ricardo V. Garcia and his family. Ricky is a Senior at George Washington High School and is part of the aquatics team. This past Friday(March 29th) Ricardo stood up from his bed and within just a few moments, he collapsed. This occurred the day after his 18th birthday, fortunately he received immediate medical attention and was revived. He was then rushed to the hospital where he underwent open heart surgery and is currently fighting to survive at Advocate Christ Hospital. There is still no medical diagnosis that indicates the cause of this.

Any form of support is greatly appreciated by the family, donations will provide the financial assistance needed in order to ensure Ricardo is receiving the best possible care. If you are unable to donate please share with your family and friends.
