A Mother of 3 young ladies was fatally shot when she swerved in front of her daughters car as if she seen what of would happend . A Single bullet went into her vehicle striking Toya and ultimately killing her . A Mother , sister , cousin , friend , daughter and most importantly an innocent bystander entirely too soon . At this troubling time the family is asking for donations to assist in the funeral Expenses .
