I am asking for all to come together and help make a difference for a special person in his time of need.
This special person is David Amalfitano who is in dire need of a kidney. He is a single father to a daughter and twin sons. He has worked until he could'nt anymore because of complications from his disease PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) which at that time he was collecting disability benefits from his former employer. His benefits have come to a end as he continues to push through everyday waiting for a kidney. This now effects his health insurance along with money to live and support his children. He must have insurance in order for the glorious day he receives the call that they have a kidney. Right now he is on Hemodialysis which is a very aggressive treatment with a surgery pending. Dave needs $5,000.00 just to keep his insurance for the next year let alone money to keep his family a float. He is in the process of applying for Social Security Benefits, although if anyone has ever applied for disability before it can be a painfully long wait. Please help in anyway you can no donation is to small. This loving father needs your help NOW.
