Underdog's Baltimore's Burning

The Colored People's Advancement Advocates are civic leaders of their community. CPAA seeks to protect citizen's civil rights and bring justice when those civil rights are violated. Tensions rise when a young black man disappears after being taken into police custody. Anger and frustration boils over in Baltimore as CPAA gets to the bottom of what becomes an emotional breaking point in the city.
