Help Ivan and his Family

Hello Everyone.
We are Luis and Nicole, and we own a small family business; Luchos Improvements Solutions.
On Wednesday one of our members was involved in a critical car accident leaving him in an induced coma, on a ventilator, with a collapsed lung and some broken ribs. Our teams consists of a father and son duo. They are often at work before us and always together. Thankfully, his son was not in the car with him because as you can see from the image we would have lost him. Ivan has played a major role in our lives, his determination, infectious smile and laugh make our work days fly by. He goes above and beyond and has been our right hand guy for several years now.
Within the past 48 hours he has woken up with medical help and has been able to take commands such as move your hands, feet, etc. but the battle is far from over. The last few days have been agonizing. He is much more than an employee to us, he is a friend, a brother. He is family.
We are asking for your help. Help in any way to ease any financial strains he will face, medical expenses, and just the overall burden an accident like this can have on ones life and family. Any amount helps, and if you are unable to donante financially please send good thoughts, energy and positivity towards him and a speedy recovery.
