As many of you know my fatherJim Flanagan has been in the grips of a serious depression for many years. He has tried counseling, medication, and electro shock therapy to try to combat this terrible illness. This includes close to 60 shock therapys and the highest doses of prescription drugs for depression and anxiety. We recently came across a well known psychiatrist Dr. Daniel Amen, who does Spect imagining on the brain to find the root of the problem and put an end to my fathers anxiety and depression. The money raised will be used for Jim to see the psychiatrist, get the imaging, and also to recieve outpaitent treatment after we find out what is causing the depression and anxiety. We all know Jim has been a great father, friend and mentor over the years to countless kids and adults even while battling this illness. Dan has been kind enough to pay for travelings costs and room and board. Any contribution you can give will be greatly appreciated.
