To know Brian is to love Brian! Brian was diagnosed with CJD (Creutzfeldt Jakob Disease) which is a degenerative brain disease that only affects around 250 people per year in the United States. CJD is a very progressive disease that wastes no time taking over the brain. It has a 100% fatality rate and life expectancy of a year or less.
Brian is a man who loves and cherishes his wife, children, family and friends like no other. He’s the life of the party. Always has smile on his face. Lover of the water. A traveler. A best friend. A confidant. The one you can always count on to have your back, no questions asked.
Brian and the family need our help. Unfortunately he does not have insurance and has had to quit his job. His wife has also resigned to be able to care for him. Brian would’ve been there for you, we should do the same for him. With all the challenges that himself and the family are facing, let’s help put their minds at ease.
