You know her as; Penny, Sparkles, The Balloon Lady or in our case Mom. She is a ribbon of joy in the fabric of the Aspen community and needs our help. She has been diagnosed with stage 3-4 ovarian cancer. Penny will be undergoing treatment in Salt Lake City the next 6 months and will need financial assistance with medical bills and other expenses.
