On April 8, 2021, James L. Hicks gained his heavenly wings. James was a loving husband, caring father and adoring Grandfather. He was an influential community leader and distinguished veteran. He could often be found throughout the community cleaning the rose bushes in the commuter lot, organizing the Dale City 4th of July Parade, Community Easter Egg Hunt and other community events. James leaves behind his lovely wife Lisa, three adult children and a host of grandchildren. Our hearts and prayers go out to his family.
