Hi everyone! Allana Zerrudo here, who you may know as “Lana Blue”. I know these times are hard for everyone, and there are more important things to worry about and donate to. But if you know me, you know I am constantly advocating for and actively making donations to nonprofits and other causes for those in need. I have a “savior complex” where I exhaust myself emotionally and financially trying to help others, without thinking of my own needs. I am much luckier than most, so it took me awhile to come to this.... but for the first time I am admitting that I NEED HELP.
Last month I released my first EP “Lana Blue live at Skylab Studios” and April 30th my first pop song “I Was Never Yours” is scheduled for release. The creation of these projects have been 100% funded out of pocket. I also self funded photoshoots, promotion costs and all the other boring stuff that comes into pursuing a career as an independent artist.
I am shooting a music video in May, which I desperately need some assistance fundraising. The donations will go towards compensating my cast, crew and shoot location.
Anything at all helps, and would be greatlyyy appreciated. I can’t offer to pay you all back, but I can offer what I’m best at, some original music. Whatever it is you choose to donate, you will be able to access a private link to an unreleased acoustic song written by yours truly.
