Graduate School Tuition

Hi everyone! For those that know me well, I am a Youth Minister, Catechist, daughter, sister, friend, and student at St Joseph's Seminary. I am studying for a MASTERS OF THEOLOGY and love every bit of it.

I began college at 15 and have always been employed since I was 17. I've been in and out of school and my brother has been sick with cancer so I've dropped semesters to take care of him. For the first time ever since being 17, I haven't been employedo and that is keeping me from attending school. Now I have to file documentation to request a leave of absence if I can't pay. 

After prayer and encouragement from friends, I settled on making a gofundme, in hopes of being able to attend school this semester. If I can somehow raise $4,500 in a week (that is tuition alone, and doesn't cover other fees for school or books) then I can register and attend school this upcoming semester. That's just $10 from 450 people.

I've already attended two semesters with just three left. I was unable to take out any loans, St. Joseph's isn't on FAFSA, and I am financially handicapped at the moment for lack of better words. Studying towards this degree is something I enjoy and that is not just for myself, but for OTHERS. The value of this degree will be fruitful for all the youth I minister to, teach and spend time with. I consider my gain to be the gain of the ministries I serve and for the youth who deserve to see Latinos progressing.  

I will be forever grateful if God's providence through you who are reading, can be provided. All is in God's timing and I pray that God soften your hearts to spare any little generosity you can.

In this lifetime, I hope to continue my work in Youth Ministry, teach Religion/Theology, and become a theologian! :)
