West Virginia Flood Relief

Tax deductible

Due to the recent flash flooding in West Virginia, thousands of people have been left without food, water, shelter, electricity, and many (or all) of their personal belongings. My name is Brooke Dodrill, I am 14 years old, and every summer, my family and I have traveled to White Sulphur Springs. Nowhere in the world will you find a group of nicer, more caring, down-to-earth people. Seeing such destruction in a place that I care about, to people that I know, inspired me to help. Much of the state is without power, and may not have any water for several weeks, if not longer. We have been advised to not come to the area at this time, because of the lack of water. My family and I plan to go there as soon as we are told it is safe to do so. Even though I am not in West Virginia yet, I want to get started helping the local community I have grown to know and love. I ask that you join me in helping a group of good people get back on their feet. I won't be able to do it alone, but every little bit helps. Every donation made to this GoFundMe page will be sent directly to the Rhema Christian Center (the headquarters for the local charity; Neighbors Loving Neighbors) in Lewisburg, West Virginia, which will be using the money to support the local community through providing food, shelter, and clothing. Please donate what you can, and spread the word- West Virginia needs us.

Thank you and God Bless,

Brooke Dodrill
