I am writing today to ask all of you for your support for my Uncle Rich DeCosta.  He has been recently diagnosed with Frontal Lobe Dementia.  He is only 59yrs of age and has this unfortunate illness now affecting his body and mind.  He has always given and supported his family and friends in time of need and has helped out so many people in his life that I hope he can now get the support he needs for this illness.

The doctors are stating that he will need to continue to have scans and supplements to get him through this.  His family is so distraught over this diagnosis and have gathered all the funds they can to help pay for the costs associated with this illness, but they have become woefully short.  

He has been the rock of his family and they will do whatever is needed to support him.  The family has gathered all the money they can to help pay for these medical expenses.  They are also in the process of selling off personal items to gather additional funds. The insurance is not covering everything and so there is a lot more expenses that have to come out of pocket after insurance.  I am hoping that you can help in any way to donate to this fund to help with the medical expenses.
