Sam Sweet's Survival Fund

Hello, my name is Sam Sweet and I have been suffering thru severe foot pain and debilitating back pain for the last 8 months. It started with an OJI and progressed to the point as if my body is telling me, its had enough. I will be having Spinal Surgury in the next couple weeks that will hopefully take away the constant throbbing pain in my feet and also take my unbearable back pain away. But I will be unable to work for at least 4 months. I just recently found out I have BPPV Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. Which has been giving me severe migraines and Vertigo which is very scary which if any of you had experienced you would understand. I did have my companies Workman's Compensation for the first 6 months but they denied every single recommendation that "there Doctors" asked for! Coming to terms with the fact that my Workmans Comp insurance company could care less about my pain and suffering. I went out on my own using my own insurance. I do feel that someone was watching over me during this searching process because the Doctor's I ended up chosing to see were so sympathetic and I felt they truely wanted to help me. So its now come to the point of survival. The last check I recieved from all my income sources was 4/27/16. So I've had to borrow from my family and friends and its come to the point that everyone is tapped out (totally understandable and I feel extremely bad if I caused them any financial problems). So I am asking for help. Any amount would help, even just a dollar. I need to say in advance how much I appreciate your help. Your generosity and caring will help me from losing everything: my apartment, my car and giving me the ability to not have to live off of Top Ramen and peanut butter and jelly. I feel as if I'm being tested during this Survival period in my life. And with all of your help you can help me make it happen and I know I will overcome all of this eventually!
