The Burch family is in need of your support.

As many of you know over the last two years our dad has been battling cancer and has beaten it both times.  However, with that being said we just found out that it has come back for a third time.   The difference with this situation is that the cancer is not left over from the last time.  It is a new cancer in a different part of his body. 

Dad is going to be treated by the top Dr's at UCLA during this process.  However, this form of chemotherapy will be the toughest he has gone through so far.  Over the next 4 months there will be two different phases to his treatment.  His first rounds of Chemo will be up near their home in Atascadero.  The second half of his treatment will be down at UCLA.  When dad starts his treatment at UCLA he will be in the hospital from 3-5 weeks.  They are going to be doing a stem cell treatment on him.  This treatment has a high success rate but will require him not to go home during that treatment. 

As many of you know dad is currently a preacher in their town and also works construction.  Over the next four months dad will not be able to work due to his treatment.  These funds will directly help my dad and janice during this time.  The goal for these funds is for our parents not to stress over money during this delicate time. 

Many of you that know my father knows how humble and great of a man he is.  No matter what comes along he always approaches things with the best attitude and always goes out of his way to help others.  We cannot express how much this will be helping our dad and how much we appreciate any support.
