"SHRINKERIZE"

As many of you know we discovered Allie's tumor behind her left eye 7 years ago as it began to grow. She had surgery with the intent to remove but was quickly relized that was not possible so they tried to drain it. It has continued to grow & for the last 2 years has become increasingly worse. It causes migraines & is starting to effect her vision. We have tried different medications & treatments & seen multiple specialist . We have fought for a year to get into Bascom Palmer to see a doctor about a new treatment that has had great results with others with the same condition as her. Not only is her tumor rare but even more is the location of. We are blessed to be given this opportunity, but it doesn't come without cost. The only location to have this procedure done in FL is Miami. The earliest we could get scheduled is in April, and we have to stay for recovery & follow up. Although we get medical discounts & I have hotel discounts it is still spring break time in MIA. Our biggest expense is lodging. We have prepared for this the best we could but so much was unexpected & we have a little over 2 month to get there.
