On March 19,2021, my sister Natalie Linares was heading to the airport in El Salvador when the car she was in got into a really bad car accident. The driver was ok, the passenger (his girlfriend) unfortunately passed away and my sister who was in the back passenger side sustained internal bleeding (12 cm cut on her liver) both legs are fractured and her right arm broken. The hospital stated she needs surgery on all three body parts but have not done anything which is why I’m asking for help. All her documents were stolen. I’m requesting this help to have an air ambulance service pick her up from El Salvador and bring her back to the United States. The service is extremely expensive over 50k. When we speak to my sister she is crying and asking for help to bring her back which is why we want to get an air ambulance.
