Jim's medical expenses

hi, i am staring this fund for my dear sister Karen and her husband Jim Nosbisch. about 6 years ago Jim was in a horrific motor cross accident. he suffered a terrible brain injury. it took him months to recover. he had to learn how to walk, talk,  and every thing all over again. they had to remove a piece of his skull for the brain swelling. as he was recovering from that he suffered a stroke! not just any stroke, but a thalimic stroke,  when he finally woke up, once again he had to learn every thing all over again! to walk, talk, what a fork and knife was. it was just heart wrenching! my sister Karen was there with him every step of the way! teaching him, guiding him and most important, loving him! when every one was ready to give up on Jim, she alone stood by his side! she had to stop working to take care of him. the burden finacially has been really hard. but she will never complain. recently Karen wanted to get him a scooter, so she can take him places, a special bike for him to get exercise and a trailer to put it in. the VA will not pay for any of this. she has had to put every cent she has to get him these things! i'm am just asking for a bit of help. ever 10 or 20$ would add up to be a huge help! i can not tell you how much this would mean to her and Jim! in all these years my sister has not once asked any one for a penny! would you please try to help them out? this would be awesome and i would be beyond great full! thank you for listening to my story! may the Lord bless you!
