Sarah was like every young girl with dreams and hopes. Her father died in 2000 which really devastated her and even with counseling had a hard time talking about it. As a teen she smoked marijuana and experimented with other drugs until 2014, she tried smoking heroin, they call in black tar. I noticed her dramatic weight loss in 2015 and tried to help. She was caught using and has been in jail. She sees the reality of where this life will take her, prison and death eventually.
She now wants help and we found a great drug rehabilitation that offers counseling and life skill training. Our family needs help with the out of pocket expenses. I would appreciate anything at this point so our daughter can become the sweet young woman she used to be. I don't want to bury my child.
