Hi everyone, Wednesday the 24th my mother was diagnosed with Covid. She progressively got worse and worse each day. I repeatedly took her to the emergency room where they gave her an IV and sent her home with pain meds. I ended up taking her to the emergency room Monday afternoon the 29th. Later that night they admitted her into the Covid unit. They struggled to keep her oxygen levels high enough and her fever low enough. Today the 31st, they decided to transfer her to Grand Rapids Spectrum BW hospital. They then needed to put her in a medically induced coma, intubate her and put her on a ventilator. She wasn’t stable enough to be transferred by ambulance. Aero Med was the best option. She is now in Critical condition. My family and I would like to help her with her medical bills and other things that need to be paid while she is in a coma for 20+ days. We are overwhelmed with the amount of love and support we have. We appreciate everything you can help her with.
